Bottle pour at Capitol Cider, pours a hazy golden with no head. Aroma is strange, with harsh perfumey notes and gentle funk. Flavour is much the same, with nail polish remover, moderate residual apple sweetness and a hint of funk. This is a strange one — so much perfume / nail polish and not so much on the funk. Meh.

Pours a clear, ocer golden. Small white foam formation. Scent is hazelnut like, apple, leaves in the fall, very warming. Taste is dry, but it has a sweet aspect to it. Dried leaves, hazelnut try, tad herbal, appleskins, very astrigent body, medium ( and sharp) Carbo. In general, it's hard to put a score to this. Love the hazelnut aspect, dislike the dried leaves and strong astigency.

Shared at home. Clear golden. Sweet red apples, some meally yellows, orange peels and nutty and floral chestnut notes, creamy, woody, fresh twigs. Sweet, light tart, medium bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with small white head. Flowery, perfume, raw chestnuts, dry apple, light earthy, soft funk. Almost medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with quite dry finish. Quite OK, but probably better without chestnuts.
