Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is good white grapes, mild funk, quite juicy, a touch nutty. Taste is quite a strong tartness, juicy white wine, almost puckering dry finish, leathery too. Oily mouthfeel, fine-bubbled carbonation. Not bad!

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A hazy pinkish beer. Aroma of sour red fruits, cherries, brett. Taste of sour cherries, red fruits, candies.
Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A very dark brown beer. Aroma of intense sweet dark malt, bourbon and vanilla. Taste of sweet dark chocolate malt, vanilla, bourbon. Boozy. Nice.

Tap. Pretty clear golden color with no head. Aroma is yellow fruits, gooseberries, pretty wild. Taste is barn, yellow fruits, jammy, pretty strongly acidic in the back, borderline parmigiano. A bit too much for me.

Tap. Hazy red-pinkish color with pinkish head. Aroma is plum indeed. Taste is fresh plum, pretty funky, very tart. Taste is the same, quite bretty, funked up, dry and mineraly finish. Sparkly carbonation. Good one!

Tap. Unclear golden-orange color with white head. Aroma is stinky feet, barnyard, almost Geuze-y. Taste has quite a heavy body, good funk, a bit red apples. Champenoise carbonation. Very solid!

Borefts XII Day 2. Almost clear paleish gold beer , small white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a good fine crispness. Thin malts provide less than the bare minimum of sweetness for me. Tart winey back end, getting acetic. Light dry finish. A bit acetic for me.
