Bottle. Small head that fades qucikly. Hazy orange color. This reminds me more of champagne (which I dont really like) and not of beer. Way too high carbonation. Too acidic.

Was a golden color with a large lasting head. Smell was sweet and fruity. The taste was definetly a bitter wheat flavor.

Pale hazy yellow, big creamy head, collapsing quite quickly. Lemony, a bit metallic nose. Crisp, lemony, mild banana notes. Quite bland German hefeweizen.

Smallish white head; clear yellow body with ongoing carbonation. Fruity wheat aroma with hop notes. Sweetish, fruity taste with apple notes and some wheat and floral hops. Soft aftertaste. A bit much carbonation. A decent kristall, but nothing exciting. Not too keen on the concept of kristall in the first place, I have to admit.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Very week aroma, almost nothing. Week flavor and short finish. This is not a good hefeweizen.

(bottle) Hazy yellow colour with a medium-sized frothy, slightly off-white unstable head. Dry yeasty and dense fruity aroma. Initially wheat-malty taste with banana and pear; light bodied, lively carbonated; dry and very slim fruity and malty finish, slightly tart. Boring and uninspiring Weizen without the typical clovy spice.

Bottled. A beautiful brown beer with dark orange notes and a large, dense beige head. Nice carbonation too. Sweet, malty, toffe aroma. The flavor is much the same, with bitterness added, and quite long-lasting. Fizzy mouthfeel and full body. I was a bit disappointed over this one, expected more from a beer of this style, but it is definately not a bad beer. (060206)
