Beer Table To Go, NYC tap: pours black with a tan head. Aroma is hops, cocoa, nuts, light roast. Taste is somewhat bitter. Low sweetness. Body is quite smooth. Light cocoa and stuff. Not bad.

Lots of citrus in this, and most of it overrides the porter elements. Still comes out ok though, but different. Pours brown with ok head and lacing. Cask Days thanks to Jercraigs and Mabel.

Sampled at Tap NY 2015, 4/25/15
This one had a good smoked malt aroma and flavor with some lightly funky notes accompanying the smoke..Pretty solid overall flavor. Nice example of the style.

On tap at the Hamburg Brewing Company, Hamburg, NY. A bright mahogany colour with a ring of cream head; aroma of good quality chocolate shavings; intense chocolate taste that’s quite bitter; and a dry woody, earthy, bitterness to finish. An excellent, well-rounded, beer.
