Description
We are a craft brewery and kitchen located in an industrial plaza in the north end of Niagara Falls. We opened our doors in early 2019 with a goal of building community through great craft beer and food.
We produce a wide variety of progressive and inspired beers that range from hazy IPAs, fruited sours, adjunct stouts, lagers and everything in between.

One of the fruitiest IPAs I’ve ever had, super crushable.

Quite balanced, unlike the aroma which is heavy on the wheat. Really nice Hefeweizen.

A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light vanilla, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice and rich. On tap at Lupulus.

Opaque, thick head. This has a big fruity pear aroma, soft body, peaches, and there's good balance. Moderate bitterness.

473mL can, pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out pithy stone fruits, some orange, and tropical hops. Flavour is rather muffled and chalky, with stone fruit pith, some tropical fruits, and citrus hops. Moderately chalky, muffled, and dirty. Less egregious than most garbage hazies, but still nothing impressive.

(On tap @ The Wheeled, Barrie ON, Oct 23/22) Pours very hazy pale orange with a thick eggshell head and lace. Aroma and flavour are both heavily dank, skunky bag of weed for sure, some ripe peach and orange sweetness, bready fairly full malt for NEIPA, earthy dankness and orange peels continue all the way into the finish which is off-dry and lightly to moderately bitter thanks to the heavy dank/resin-forward ganja vibes. Medium-bodied, creamy, softly carbonated. Dank shake for sure, but quite tasty for a non-juice bomb.

Black colour, no head. The closest aroma to a chocolate truffle that can be found. Full bodied, sweet, not yet syrupy; with the dark chocolate, there are also components of vanilla and coffee, burnt sugar, roasted nuts, tobacco, and the alcohol is very evident, helping the mouthfeel, but a bit too strong.
Excellent.
