Description
We are a craft brewery and kitchen located in an industrial plaza in the north end of Niagara Falls. We opened our doors in early 2019 with a goal of building community through great craft beer and food.
We produce a wide variety of progressive and inspired beers that range from hazy IPAs, fruited sours, adjunct stouts, lagers and everything in between.

7/10
A hazed yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, dank notes, tropical fruits, pleasant.

Can: Poured a cloudy bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some alcing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with some juicy undertones and light tropical notes. Taste is a mix of citrusy hops notes with some juicy undertones and light tropical notes with some bitterness noticeable in the aftertaste. Solid IPA that thread the line between classic IPA and NEIPA.

(473ml can from 4th and 7, Toronto) Pours lighty hazy orange-tinged gold with a decent white head and lace. Aroma is dank pineapple, funky durian-like overtones to it, lime peels, some piney mango, exposed almost toasty cereal grains. Flavour is quite dry overall, despite a somewhat 'sweet'-tasting malt core, expressive lime zest that just edges away from soapiness, canned peach sweetness though not heavily juicy, accents of floral tropicals meld into the lime zest. Drying low bitterness finish is lime zest dominated with a few too many exposed cereals for my liking. Medium-bodied, oily, fairly softly carbonated. Solid, I realize it's not fresh as a daisy but I thought the cereals came out too much for me. Liked the hop profile hoewver, kind of Blood Bros.

(355ml can from 4th and 7, Toronto) Pours opaque yellow-orange with basically no head and some black guanabana pip pieces, small fruit chunk 'lace' coating. Aroma is mango nectar-dominated, accents of creamy florals that must be guanabana but not super-obvious, general sweet ripe tropical juice vibes overall. Flavour is sweet up front, mango nectar leading things with the pineapple pretty subtle and guanabana building from the middle to finish, soft yoghurty vibes but no real lacto sourness, very light fruit skin astringency, floral heavy guanabana finish with a little mango overripe dankness. Medium-full bodied, thiccy fruit nectar feel, soft carbonation. Straight juice vibes but a nice body and balance, pretty perfect tropical fruit smoothie for easy summer drinking.

(On tap @ Birreria Volo, Toronto, Sept 26/19) Pours clear gold with a decent white head. Lightly tart lemony kettle sour vibe with some smooth sweeter orange that I assume is a mix of tangerine and lactose, zesty edges, soft malt, citrusy finish. Light body, a little watery. Solid and refreshing, well-brewed if not wildly exciting.

Looks like cold pressed coffee. Coffee, coffee cookies, caramel, fairly sweet. Some sediment.
