Description
We are a craft brewery and kitchen located in an industrial plaza in the north end of Niagara Falls. We opened our doors in early 2019 with a goal of building community through great craft beer and food.
We produce a wide variety of progressive and inspired beers that range from hazy IPAs, fruited sours, adjunct stouts, lagers and everything in between.

500mL bottle, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is pretty exquisite, with a nice bourbon barrel complexity, a touch of maple syrup barrels, and a touch of roast. Flavour is pretty hot, with complex bourbon barrels, plenty of maple syrup, and booze. Aggressive, somewhat harsh, somewhat boozy, but integrated well. Needs some of its harsher edges rounded out. It's good, but a bit rough.

Very inky. Refined bourbon aroma, subtle vanilla, lots of dark malts, and a touch of alcohol. Quite sweet, and rich. Pretty good rich malt character, again with nice vanilla, with some burnt fruit finish. So it's rich and intense. But I do like it.

Poured from 500mL bottle (2023 vintage). Very dark brown with no head. Lots of bourbon, some maple and chocolate, a bit boozy and hot, but still decent.

Lactose comes through great. I get a lot more blueberry than watermelon.

Smooth, malty, and the adjuncts don’t cover up the oatmeal flavor. Maybe a hair too dry.

One of the fruitiest IPAs I’ve ever had, super crushable.

Quite balanced, unlike the aroma which is heavy on the wheat. Really nice Hefeweizen.

A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light vanilla, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice and rich. On tap at Lupulus.

Poured from 473mL can. Cloudy yellow with small white head. Pithy stone fruit and citrus, a bit thin and bitter, but decent, slightly muffled.
