Can. Pale yellow colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is grains, some citrusy parfumes as well as green apples. Flavour is green apples, some herbs, mild parfumed soapy tones with a bit of earth.

Creamy, malty, and light made a great pairing with some heavy meats and potatoes.

Bangers and Mash, bubbles and squeak, wellington, fish and chips, and finished the night with spotted dick
