Worst gusher I ever experienced. Just spent 15 minutes cleaning up. The beer is shit. Cola. Caramel. Fizzy shit. I won't ever but from this brewery again.

1 February 2020. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, Kevin, Niels & Cynthia! Hazy dark brown, very thin, frothy, tan head. Aroma of green apple, toffee, raisin, liqueur-filled cake, wood. Taste has sweet-sour green apple, raisin & plum, caramelly & cake-like maltiness with a nutty-woody edge. Dryish, herbal hoppy finish, phenolic with ripe fruit & warming calvados-like alcohol. 'Young' profile of green apple lingers. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Too young, too plain.

Fles geprobeerd met Roelzie1986 en KoenvD. Het is een donkerbruin bier met een dun beige schuimkraag. Smaak en geur zurig, lichte hout tonen. Had er meer van verwacht.

1 February 2020. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, Kevin, Niels & Cynthia! Hazy orange, stable, foamy, white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of bacon, cooked ham, wheat, yeast, breadcrust, old apple. Taste has sweetish apple, pear, banana interwoven with wheaty, yeasty, spicy, even weird smoky notes. Dryish finish, tart & wheaty with lingering mandarin, herbal tea & smoke. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. I had no prior knowledge about this one but God knows what the intended 'mélange' was here.

Light gushing to towering white head over hazy yellow beer. Wild yeast, unripe fruit, garden weeds, algae, greenmalt. Lightly sourish, again wild yeast notes, yet unfermented sugars underneath. Again weeds, leaves, almost insectoid. Mint retronasal. Light, overcarbonated, bit sticky. Strange yeasts into the aftertaste. Something really amiss, here.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy pale yellow color ale with a large foamy head. Aroma of light rustic malt with some strong yeast notes is a little bit off. Taste is a mix of light rustic malt with some grainy notes, lots of yeast notes and a slightly off-flavours finish. Body is pretty full with good carbonation. Not bad but there seems to be something slightly off-flavour.
