Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas & Max. Black with no head. Aroma of chocolate, wine, wood, roast, balsamic vinegar. Sweetish-sourish flavor, acidic, with roast, chocolate, wine, wood, balsamic vinegar, and a light bitter touch. Medium-bodied. Too vinegary and vinous, but OK.

33 cl bottle. Hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and light citrusy. Smooth fruity, peachy and mellow fruity. Mild citrusy and smooth fruity. Almost perfumed. Floral and peachy finish.

Bottle, 330 ml at Olhops, Valencia. Pours dark brown with medium tan head. Bit roasted, cocoa, strong acidity, vinous even vinegarish. Would say it’s not so successful experiment.
