Dorée/orange, col blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet funk - acidité ressort tout en gardant un fruité frais et fleuri - agrumes et zestes.
Palais présente un délicat caractère de la barrique qui se prête bien au côté levures sauvages - léger fleuri avec une bele dose de fraicheur venant des agrumes.
Autre bel effort par Santa Pau.

A little cloudy orange beer, creamy dense off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, funky, a little fishy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, nice acidity up front, spicy notes, peppery, hint of vinegar, more fruity notes, nice one. Aftertaste: acidic, dry, some tannins, fruity, lemony, a hint of vinegar.

Clear orange beer, small aery irregular yellowish head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of lambic, wild yeast, fruity, woody notes, floral, some solvents. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: very floral, soapy bitterness, a soft acidity, some apple skin, a little funky, a bit dry, tastes more like a cider than a beer. Aftertaste: very floral, soapy, some prunes, a bit chemical, more floral and a soapy finish.

Couleur ambrée/rosé, jus de raisin, col retombant vite finement rosé.
Arôme est fin sur de belles effluves fruitées de raisin et autres notes de fruits rouges/noirs. Petite note de fruits pressés.
Palais garde une approche subtile de la barrique - contact de qcq mois pour le raisin local de la région de Garnaxa - petite touche aigrelette avec une effervescence fine. Le tout est plaisant, finement tannique avec un petit apport de fruits noirs - cerise et d'un léger fini fleuri. Le tout va doucement vers une approche de lambic. Très plaisant et complexe.

Bottle. Gusher. Color: Hazy red/orange/pink, pink head. Aroma: Funky, fruity, grapes, wood. Taste: Fruity red fruit, red grapes, barnyard wild yeast funk, wood and tannins. Medium body, average carbonation. Quite fizzy and foamy for this kind of beer. Moderate tart, light sweetness. Reminds me somehow of handcrafted strawberry / raspberry ice cream. Nice one, although I have the idea that the flavours are less evident than they could be because of the fizzy and foamy character.

At a tasting, many thanks, no head pitch black color, aroma of toasted black bread, balsamic vinegar, prunes and vanila in back,arima of charred wood and toasted bread with lots of vanila in the back. Strange But very intriguing.
