Sample @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As South Plains Golden Pilsner ].Unclear matt medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, grass, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160520]

Cask @ DØE. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and soy sauce. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Sweet and rather bitter finish with a chili bite and warming alcohol. 200516

Draught at KØ16. Strangely citric aroma, cigar? Muddy yellow colour. No head. Cider flavour, quite citric. A little phenols in the finish.

Cask at KØ16. Distinct bready and salty aroma, salt liquorice and rye bread. Black colour. Good stable brown head. The flavour is salty, boozy and vinous with a good chili sourness and a medium burn. Sourish finish.

Svart med fingerhøyt lys brunt skum. Lukter halslinser, mest søtlige lukter, mørke bær, bjørnebær, gummigodis, sjokolade og lett kaffe. Smaker søt kaffemokka, noe salt lakris og bær. Middels pluss i fylde. Noe kakaopulver. Salt lakris dominerer utover.

Draft @ Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival 2016. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty strong molasses chocolate aroma. Sweetish malty spicy caramel peaty flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy caramel finish.
