Cask at Crewe Dog, Crewe. Pours a light copper with minimal off-white head. Aroma is mainly malts, with hints of caramel and toffee. In the mouth it is sweet with some slight underlying bitterness. Fter a while som traditional hops come through plus hints of honey, ginger and toffee. Some bitterness in the finish. This is a good solid old school bitter.
