Bottle. Clear yellow with no head. Aroma is apples, fruit and a little sulfur. Flavour is apples, fruit, sugar, little dry, medium sweet, and a little apple peal.

Poured into a glass from an opened bottle in Jena. Golden body, soft sweet apple nose and the taste’s the same, only a bit on the glue side, and slightly stale. Ordinary but ok.

Bottle, as Cidre Traditionnel. Slightly hazy deep gold with white mousse that hangs around at the rim for a while. A little watery. Sweet apples, slight vinegar, vanilla, some honey. Finish is dry with some skin.

More pronounced on the nose, apples and cores, some sweetness but not much. Medium body, semi-dry and a tad papery. Apples finish too. A bit too straightforward and sweet, but pleasant and easy drinking. 110129

Bottle, courtesy of brugmansia. It’s a clear one, golden in color and with a small off-white head. A bit sweetish on the nose, but with pleasant apple aromas. Quite effervescent, medium to thin on the palate. Sweet, apple flavor and finish. A refreshing one, in need of more body, but then, it’s only 2 % ABV in it, which explains a lot. 110129
