Milky yellow and tiny foam, certainly pear and cinnamon on the nose and actually quite nice. Flabour is all cinnamon pear, great in a mimosa, love the holiday cheer this brings. Except, it's no longer the holidays.

Well that's a new one - the bottle cap was taped down under wax, just to make it enormously difficult to uncap. My wrists thank you. It pours a muddy orange with no foam or visible carbonation, incredibly unattractive if I do say so. The aroma is flat hazelnut, barely any hint of brett or red wine barrel so I got no idea what they're on about. Flavour is soft berry, mellow malt, not much there really. Soft carbonation but a very tinny aftertaste. Muddled and very deficient.

Nice foam on a stormy yellow body, strong brett yeast and funky wood on the nose, heavy acidic hay notes. Flavour is tart vinegar, lemon juice, some sweet grain. Vinegary finish. A little simplistic but drinkable.

Nice deep red body and okay foam, sharp cherry and blackberry on the nose. Flavour is more sharp berry, tart, good carbonation. Quite nice, a little simplistic, but workable.

Okay gold body and foam, soft sweet lager grain on the nose. Flavour is soft sweet chewy grain, thick hops. Full mouthfeel and okay oiliness. Not bad, technically correct but hardly memorable.

Foggy yellow body and little foam, soft pineapply hops on the nose but watery. Flavour is chalky bitter hops, airy vegetal, roasted skunk cabbage. Okay carbonation but that skunk lingers. Technically well brewed but missing charm and any real drinkability.

Cloudy yellow body and little foam, sweet pineapple hops on the nose. Flavour is more pineapple, slight chalk. Watery a bit. A real mixed bag here, could appear nice but there are flaws that persist.

500ml at Matt's amenity room. Appearance: hazy straw with a white head. Aroma: nail polisher, acidic, some barrel. Taste: along the same lines, tons of nail polisher with some creamy notes coming from the oak, some fermented veggies, slight stone fruits. Overall: sounds much better than it tastes.

Hazy, blonde-ish. No head. There's some brett aroma, and some vinous stuff. But comes across with some acetone, and stone fruit. On the palate, it's a fairly strong stone fruit note, with a hint of acetone. Not bad. Imperfect but not bad.
