Pale pink, mellow cherry. Light tart fruitiness. Maybe gewürtz if I think creatively.

Pink, bright, rosemary city, more balanced on the palate, still very rosemary-forward, slight grape. Tart finish.

Can sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a clear rose pink with a small white head. Aroma is full of sweet cherry cough drop, not much else. Flavour is not as sweet, but there's too much cherry cough drop. Not getting any grape. This doesn't work for me. Meh.

6.6/10 Appearance 6 Aroma 6 Flavor 7 Texture 6 Overall 7.5
Can sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a clear pale pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of rosemary, light grape skins, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is loaded with rosemary and red grape skins, followed by apple skins, and almost no residual sweetness. Strange combo between the rosemary and grape but it sort of works. Solid.

335 ml can. Pours a pale ruby colour. Aromas of apples, tart dark berries and subtle herbs. Flavors follow same with rose hips and more prominent rosemary.

5.1/10 Appearance 6 Aroma 5 Flavor 5 Texture 4 Overall 5.5
Can sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is awkward, with lots of grapefruit and coconut, and a touch of thyme. Flavour is fairly dry, with strange spicy and earthy notes that go along with the crisp apple skins, and plenty of coconut. Dry, jumbled and gimmicky. Not very impressive.

5.1/10 Appearance 6 Aroma 5 Flavor 5 Texture 4 Overall 5.5
Can sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear pale yellow blonde with a tiny head. Aroma brings out plenty of vanilla, along with subtle oak and a touch of apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with light vanilla and crisp apple skins. There's really not much to this. Dry, muted, little depth. Pretty lame.

5/10 Appearance 6 Aroma 5 Flavor 5 Texture 4 Overall 5
Can sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear very pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry fuzzy peach skins, coconut and light mango — pretty flat though. Flavour is very dry and flat, with subdued coconut underneath the fuzzy peach and mango. The coconut is nice but doesn't work in such a dry, ice tea-like concoction. It's fine.

330 ml bottle. Pours an orange/rose. Aromas of coppery grape must, a little hibiscus and dried apples. Flavors follow same, slightly more grape than apple. OK

330 ml bottle. Pours a hay color with lots of suspended crap. Aromas of uncooked apple pie and possible chili peppers. Flavors of green apples overcome by pepper heat. Novelty, not too well done.
