330mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals gentle wild yeast and crisp apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with dry crisp apple skins, modest tartness, and a little champagne character. It's not particularly complex or cohesive, and the tartness is the best kind. But it's pleasant.

Flavour is drier than the nose suggests, with a gentle champagne-like effervescence, crisp apple skins, and a bit of cheap apple juice character on the finish. Quite crisp and dry, though there is a touch of residual sweetness. Not overly complex but it's pleasant and drinkable.

Just a pale green-yellow colour. Lots of ginger on the nose, with a light apple note. Really tart green apple, thin, sourish like not good, and then there's a fair bit of ginger on the palate, and that's the saving grace I guess.

Modest foam on a light straw body, strong earthy ginger on the nose. Flavour is all sorts of fresh ginger accented by sweet apple. Really well balanced, lingering sugariness. Highly enjoyable.

Good foam on a pale straw body, small carbonation bubbles. Nice apple aroma with citrus and a hint of vanilla. Good dry apple flavour with plenty of citrus, though hard to say if it's actually the grapefruit and lemon they advertise. Bone dry finish. Still a good cider.
