473 ml can. Pours a very dark brown with short tan head. Aromas of creamy chocolate and roasted malts. Flavors of chocolate and roasted barley.. Pretty simple and somewhat sweet but easy to drink and nice for the ABV.

473 ml can. Pours a copper colour with moderate head. Aromas of dank hops and bready malts. Flavors of coppery toasted malts and grassy, bitter non descript hops. Reminds me of my home brew…

Dark brown. Just a thin head. Not much – the toasty notes from the porter are kind of just muted here. Everything is a faade, the beers look nice but there’s nothing behind them. The alignment between the brewer, the system and the yeast is simply not there, and it shows in everything they make. It sucks because most of the recipes seem like they’re just fine on paper and it’s all down to execution. If you’re going to name your beer after one of the best songs ever written, I just want it to be a better beer.

Near black colour. More of a chocolatey nose. A bit thin again, but there’s some toast, some chocolate, I mean there’s some nice flavours in there, but the thinness really does mess with the balance.

Amber, cloudy, a bit on the murky side really. There’s a big pop of malt on the nose, odd for this style, but still nice. Thin again, but not as thin as the others. Biscuity malt is the highlight.
