33cl bottle. Pours opaque black with a nice fawn creamy head. The nose has smoke and blackcurrant, then some creaminess in the background. The taste has more berry fruit, some dark chocolate, some cream and a little alcohol and liquorice on the end. The palate has a large structure, a big creamy middle texture and a fairly elegant finish, though the alcohol level is just a bit too evident for my liking. All the same, decent beer.

33cl bottle. This was full to the cap almost. It poured cloudy orange with an enormous head. The nose has grapefruit pith and grapefruit. The taste has more of the same. The palate is medium bodied and textured with a sharp clean finish. Overall, another pretty good IPA though a bit too bitter to be balanced.

Bottle courtesy of Mark and the guys, thanks! Almost black, thick brown head with good retention and great lacing. Aroma of rich dark milk chocolate and subtle espresso. Taste is burnt espresso beans, dark coffee, toffee. Very nice.

Bottle thx to benzai. Pitch black, opague colour with a light brown head. Smells slightly smoked, coffee, hops and some chocolate. Tastes like some kind of food, can’t really place it (probably oatmeal), chocolate, roasty, coffee. Also tastes a bit like a ’hostie’, the thing you get in catholic church during the communion of a service. Quite a unique taste. I think i like it a lot but i’m not sure.. Really weird in a nice way. Full body, great carbo. I’m still not clear about what i taste but i think it’s great after all. Confusing and i haven’t tasted this before. Well done guys!

33cl bottle thanks to Ceasar and Noize, shared with Dutchdrebus. Pitch black color, medium sized light brown head that leaves a good lacing. Smell is a bit weird: malts, oatmeal, chocolate. Taste malts, oat, dark malts, light to medium bitter, some sort of sweetness, some hops. Nice bitter aftertaste. Low carbonation but not disturbing, medium body.

33cl bottle thanks to Ceasar and Noize, shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy copper to dark orange, huge white head. Smell malts, hops, citrus, grapefruit. Taste malts, hops, grapefruit, very nicely bitter. Medium carbo, medium body. Could maybe use a little bit more body, but I very much like it! Well done guys!

Bottle thx to benzai. Hazy deep orange colour with a big, dense white head. Smells hops, grapefruit, sweet, honey, yeast and some pine-like freshness. Tastes some iron, hoppy, bitter, slightly watery and not as fruity as i’ve hoped. Lots of carbo, body a bit to thin. Not bad at all, but a little bit more bitterness and a little bit less carbo would make it better for me.
