Draught (6.5 %) at Apollo, Copenhagen. Hazy amber colour with a mediumsized creamy beige head. Aroma is mild wood, some yeast and some sweeter kind of malts. Flavour is fruity, sweet malts along with some slight yeasty notes. Pleasantly balanced and fresh, but the yeastyness was slightly disturbing.

Draught@Apollo, Copenhagen. Golden colour, mediumsized creamy thick white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, a bit earthy and yeasty. Flavour is bready, yeasty, herbal and some slight toffee to it as well. Pleasantly balanced.

Bottle. Clear dark amber with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel and toasted. Falvour is malt, caramel, toasted, medium sweet, little toffee and a tiny bit bitter.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Mild fruity and toasted aroma. Smooth fruity and light peachy. Crisp hoppy citrusy. Bitter and toasted malty. Bitter and dry finish.

250ml on tap at the brewpub. Fawn-coloured head. A deep rustic shade to a black coloured body. Milk chocolate to the nose. Chocolate malty taste with a cherry on the top. Slightly roasted, mid-sweet aftertaste. Creamy in the mouth. Half way pleasing (Copenhagen 26.05.2013).
