Description
De initiatiefnemers achter deze brouwerij zijn Daniëlle Duits uit Tienhoven en Marco Lauret uit Vleuten. Brouwerij Duits & Lauret is opgericht in 2009 en sinds 2015 gevestigd in Fort Everdingen in de buurt van Utrecht. Fort Everdingen is de imposante, stoere thuishaven van brouwerij Duits & Lauret. De brouwers serveren hier hun bier aan bezoekers en bieden daarnaast een kleine menukaart aan. In hetzelfde jaar werd de naam van de brouwerij gewijzigd van Speciaalbierbrouwerij Duits & Lauret in Fortbrouwerij Duits & Lauret.

Tap at the Den Haag festival 2013. Poured a deep mahogany with a thin tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt leading to a medium bitter, liqourice flavour with a little alcohol and some dark chocolate.

Tap at the Den Haag beer fest 2013. Poured a dark mahogany colour with a frothy tan head. The aroma the flavour is fruity malt leading to a big liqourice bitter flavour with lots of roasted malt and dark chocolate.

Pleasant roasty malt aroma with some coffee in there too. Texture quite smooth with just a light carbonation. Flavour is well balanced. The bitterness is not overpowering and the finish is quite smooth.

Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of smoke and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of smoke, roasted malt, and iodine, leading to a dry smokey finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown to orange with a small white head. Aroma is smoked and toasted caramelish malty. Sweet, caramelish and toffee malty. Bitter and light herbal into a medium dry finish. Lasting caramelish and bonfire smoked.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark red/brown with full foamy head. Aromas of toffee, malts, and spice. Flavors of both Pacific Northwest and European hops, along with caramel and roasted malts. Nice balance. Nice beer.

On tap at PINT Meibockfestival ’13. Slightly hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma is quite floral, light candy notes, yeast, light hoppy. Flavour is light-sweet, light malty, quite bitter, yeast, floral, light fruity, decent hoppy bitter finish. Light-bodied, slick.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought online @ Mitra.nl. Hazy yellow amber with a dense white head. Fruit aroma of green apples with some caramal and yeast. Nice bitter taste with some hints of grass and hops. long bitter aftertaste. Nice heller bock.

@BFGM13 donker bruin/rood met minimale kraag aroma: caramel, fruit, hop, mout, vanille, zoet(redelijk), smaken: redelijk bittertje, kruidig, volle body, koffie, chocolade, moutig goed gebalanceerd!
