33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Black pour with an off-white head. Malty aroma with some spicy buckwheat notes and some hops. Sweet taste with a leathery spicy finish. Surprisingly tastefull for its modest ABV Great beer.

Bottle At Derat Utretcht. Hazy russet colour lasting beige head. smoke aroma. more smoke I thought rather good good malt. Good smoke.

On tap at Derat hazy orange gold colour. lasting white head. slightly hoppy flavour. a little simple a little plain. fine light hops some orange grapefruit flavour.

Clear dark brown with a tan head. Caramel aroma with some smoke and pine, which must be from the juniper branches. Sweet malty taste with a medium bitter finish. Draft at Proeflokaal Gist 15 june 2022. On the terrace outside on a sunny day. Color: Quite dark brown, beige head. Taste: Chocolate, spicy notes of juniper, malty, hints of caramel. Nice one.
