Description
Brewery acquired in 2017 by Dibevit (former distribution arm of Heineken). In 2022 it returned to being artisanal and with independent capital. The founding partners Raimondo Cetani and Tommaso Norsa have always remained within the company, maintaining control of operations.

Birrificio acquisito nel 2017 da Dibevit (ex braccio distributivo di Heineken). Nel 2022 ritornato artigianale e a capitale indipendente. I soci fondatori Raimondo Cetani e Tommaso Norsa sono sempre rimasti all’interno dell’azienda, mantenendo il controllo delle operazioni.

Bottle from Lumiere. Rushed out from the table and made a mess. Amber color, offwhite head, lacing, fading. Flavor of light caramel malt, american hops, tangerine-orange. Body is light, carbonation is gone with the cap, taste medium bitter.

33cl bottle. Pours dark gold, fairly hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is orange peel, coriander, honey. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with an average final.

33cl bottle. Pours amber, medium transparency, with limited white foam, fairly irregular. Aroma is malty and caramel, floral. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately sweet, but also with a nice viene, disappearing pretty soon. Final is kind of weak.

33cl bottle at Pizza Leggera, Bologna, Italy. Pours classic gold, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is cereal and floral. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, definitely more than your average golden ale. Final is pretty long and bitter.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca media grana evanescente, colore arancio torbido, al naso agrumi lieviti pepe, in bocca spezie e agrumi, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, amaro moderato. Buona ma troppo dolce fruttata, aromatica e poco secca e asciutta. Secondo me un po' fuori stile. @ Bar Cooperativa Di Premia 11.01.20
