About
Brewery acquired in 2017 by Dibevit (former distribution arm of Heineken). In 2022 it returned to being artisanal and with independent capital. The founding partners Raimondo Cetani and Tommaso Norsa have always remained within the company, maintaining control of operations.

Birrificio acquisito nel 2017 da Dibevit (ex braccio distributivo di Heineken). Nel 2022 ritornato artigianale e a capitale indipendente. I soci fondatori Raimondo Cetani e Tommaso Norsa sono sempre rimasti all’interno dell’azienda, mantenendo il controllo delle operazioni.

Bottle at bread in, rome just before heading to rhe stadium to watch roma beat cagliari.. Flavor is spicy flowery belgian yeast beer. Quite dry and sweet , but very tasty nobetheless.

Bottle at bread-in,rome. They have a small selection of craft beer. aroma is malty and caramelly with a bitter sweet hoppy node. Flavor is malty caramelly nutty and quite bitter hoppy, ends more or less straight bitter hoppy

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso frumento e fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente. Il colore è arancio scuro. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è pesante. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano sentori di lampone, e poi miele, frumento e lievito.

Draft @ Délirium Hoppy Loft, Brussels. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.
