Bottle. Pours dark yellow/light amber, very small frothy head, malt aroma, medium carbonation, mildly sweet malt taste, thin body, abrupt finish. Meh.

12 oz bottle poured at Animal Kingdom. Wasn't exactly chasing country ticks on this visit, but I will take it. Soft cloudy golden pour. Patchy head. Soft straw flavor. Waxy straw grain nose. Slightly more flavourful than normal International lager. Decent for the setting for sure

Bottle. Pours gold and fizzy. Peach, grain, sulfur, golden syrup, lightly herbal, kinda sickly. Medium body. Not great.

Well damn, Casablanca isn’t living up to the romance of its name so I’ll just tick another crappy macro pils. Enjoyed in a smokey bar. But at least it’s a bar and will sell you a beer without food. I guess that’s why they didn’t like it when I walked in holding my vlogging camera kit, not that I was even using it. Anyway, it’s packed full of people here who probably prefer that they’re drinking out of sight. I saw that they had this tick as a local man here was caning his way through them. Anyway, the beer is kinda metallic and shit.

Drinking plenty of this when I can find in here in Morocco which I seem to have found again now in an “Irish Pub” in Casablanca. Yesterday I woke up in the damn Sahara desert (not because I drank too much of this) so it’s very welcome now. I’m not going to say anything about the beer itself, because there’s nothing interesting to say. You’ll just have to enjoy the visuals of this clear golden delight with a dead badger in the background.
