Unsure how they made this so much worse than the normal Speciale but they sure did. Classic industrial lager but with nasty sweetness from the malt adjunct profile. It’s bad. Body is dry somehow.

Clear medium gold with a fizzy head. A bit of skunk with grass and light malt. A touch sweet. It’s the same as the rest of their beers.

Clear golden. A bit of malt a bit of nothing else. It’s fine I guess when ice cold. The speciale is better.

Pale clear golden with a fizzy head. Not much going on here. Light malt, cracker, a hint of hop brightness. Thin body. It’s bland AF but when drunk cold it’s fine. Not sweet like many others from here.

Clear pale golden with a fizzy white head. Sweet grain, thin hop note, a light bread note. Thin prickly body. Short and slightly sweet finish. Not good even for the style.

At the January 2026 DC Brewver gathering. 12oz bottle. Poured a clear, pale yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was very inoffensive. Grainy, with some corn and slightly skunked notes. Corn. Just fine.

I was expecting something worst. It is a lager from macrobrewery, malty, watery, nice touch of honey, lack of hop, drinkable, 03.02.17, at home, Prélaz.
