Description
Great beer, good music in back, odd people. We are a small microbrewery located south of Chicago in Lansing, Illinois. Our tasting room serves eight different selections of our hand-crafted beer. Our beer won't make you strong or handsome, but if you appreciate craft beer and want to meet some guys that are happy to make it, serve it, and probably drink it with you.

Bottle shared. Black with a small short lived beige head. Aroma of big bourbon/vanilla/oak barrel upfront with caramel, molasses, booze, dark chocolate, overripe dark fruit, alcohol, licorice and coffee. Flavour is heavy sweet. Enjoyed on tap at the Owl in Chicago, IL before seeing the band Chain & The Gang. Appearance is a bright pinkish red with a thin white head. Aroma of light yeast, fruity, sour notes. Taste of sour raspberries, finishes crisp. Overall I think it's pretty good.
