Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2019. Pours a clear yellow with a slight gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of straw, hay and grass. Flavor has earthy grains, light grass and some bread backing.

Bottle shared. Black with a small short lived beige head. Aroma of big bourbon/vanilla/oak barrel upfront with caramel, molasses, booze, dark chocolate, overripe dark fruit, alcohol, licorice and coffee. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with a sticky moderate thick texture, hot alcohol in the finish and soft carbonation.

Enjoyed on tap at the Owl in Chicago, IL before seeing the band Chain & The Gang. Appearance is a bright pinkish red with a thin white head. Aroma of light yeast, fruity, sour notes. Taste of sour raspberries, finishes crisp. Overall I think it's pretty good.
