Description
Great beer, good music in back, odd people. We are a small microbrewery located south of Chicago in Lansing, Illinois. Our tasting room serves eight different selections of our hand-crafted beer. Our beer won't make you strong or handsome, but if you appreciate craft beer and want to meet some guys that are happy to make it, serve it, and probably drink it with you.

Tap at Back Road Fall Fest. Light apple and chocolate aroma. Deep chestnut with a small beige head. Roasty malt, apple, and light ash flavor - the apple was bordering towards acidic/vinegary flavor. Light body. Overall, very light and not a typical porter. The brewer said that early on the beer had a chocolate flavor, which apparently faded as it aged, because I simply couldn’t taste it.

Tap at Back Road Fall Fest. Caramel, chocolate, piney citrus hops, and ashy aroma. Dark brown with a small beige head, nice lacing. Caramel and ashy coffee malt, resinous piney-citrus hops, and earthy grassy flavor. Medium body. Nice malt balance.
