Widely available bitter that is smooth, crisp and usually well-chilled. It's not a bad cheap choice if you enjoy a traditional bitter from a keg, albeit without too much character.

Amberish colour with a thick creamy head. Toffee and light fruity aroma. Creamy texture. Light carbonation. Toffee, caramel malt and light fruity flavour.

Alarming sizzling sound when I popped open this can. The pour is fabulous into my harley mug.Lots of fine foam with no co2 on the palate. Fer sure this is smooth, but I think a little co2 would do it justice, but then that might change the style. Yes, a smooth watery ale that has very gentleman like attitude. I think this is great that I finally haad a chance to taste this. I really don’t care for the fact that it is flat but its not a bad beer overall. Reminds me a bit of that nitro guinness but lighter.

Brownish colour with a creamy white head. Toffe and hoppy nose. Medium body with a creamy texture. Caramel malt, toffee and light hoppy flavour. A bit flat.

440 ml nitro can. Pours a dark gold color wih a small dense creamy beige head. Fragrant biscuit malt aroma. Light fruity malt flavor with a touch of hops in finish. Very smooth and straight-forward with a creamy mouthfeel. Long clinging lace remains top to bottom on a standard pint glass.

Half a pin on tap at The Salisbury Arms, Sliema. Brown with a creamy off-white nitro head. Aroma of caramel and malt with hints of hops and fruit. Lightly sweet and malty with caramel flavour. Creamy and smooth, but watery. Some bitterness in the finish, but not much. Easy to drink, but quite ordinary. Quite nice on a hot evening on Malta. (2012-09-23)

Cask at the Prince of Wales, Wooton Bassett. Dark amber pour. Frothy and quickly disappearing head, but some lacing. No aroma of note. Slightly malty taste with some bitterness on the palate. This beer is designed to be drunk warm and in volume. A fairly typical, but uninspiring English Bitter, however its fine for a session at any time of the year. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
