0.33 l bottle from 'Schürmanns Genusswelten', best before November 2022. A little hazy, deep reddish amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish-malty, gently fruity aroma of strawberry jam, caramel, some wet leaves and a touch of nuts. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, rather fruity taste of strawberry jam, caramel, nuts and some wet leaves, followed by a short, quite bitter, a little grassy finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very aromatic for the style, rather fruity and hoppy as well. Nice!

Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity, a bit grassy and minimally resiny taste of tangerine, orange and some spruce, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral and a bit grassy taste of grains, honey, lemon peel and straw, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry finish. 0.33 l bottle from 'Schürmanns Genusswelten', best before January 2023. Slightly hazy, ruby with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity aroma of cherry, bitter almond and some marzipan with a touch of vinegar. Fairly sweet, hardly bitter, very fruity, a little funky taste of cherry, marzipan, bitter almond and hints of vinegar, followed by a short, minimally tart finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Interesting beer, much better than a Radler of course, surprisingly with a vinegary touch though.

0.33 l bottle from 'Schürmanns Genusswelten', best before December 2022. Slightly hazy, deep reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, fruity-resiny, minimally soapy aroma of raspberry, pine, orange jam, cat pee and some grapefruit. Rather sweet, fruity-resiny taste of orange jam, lots of pine, raspberry, cat pee and grapefruit, followed by a short, quite bitter finish. Medium to full body, very smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not bad for a first IPA, actually quite good.

Bottle: Moderate sweetish-bitter fruity and malty nose, mild hayish hops underneath, deep golden, hazy, small but stable creamy head; mild bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, soft; mild malty-fruity finish with a delicate bitterness in the aftertaste. O.K., surely not completely convincing…

Bottle. Danke Günther! Cloudy copper, sptritzy, solid offwhite head. Juicy malt, fruity yeast, citric hop nose. Medium light, slightly tart base, light chalky, strong carbonation. Dry grain, citrus, Mineral/clay finish. They either have a problem or they hate restsweetness in this brewery.

28/5/2022. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers shared at the Prague GP beer share. Pours black with a large frothy/foamy beige head. Aroma of malt, chocolate, biscuit, berries. Moderate sweetness, light roasted bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily watery, fizzy. Looked good but that was the high point for me.
