Description
At Celestial Beerworks, we believe that beer should be consumed in its freshest state. We have a heavy focus on the hop-forward, approachable, complex styles.
While we enjoy brewing all styles of beer, we have to admit we have a borderline unhealthy obsession with hops. We love the dichotomy that hops present; from the intense aromatics of new age breeds to the nuances of noble hops. Celestial Beerworks vows to never serve a beer that does not adhere to the highest standards. You will never taste a beer that does not manifest the brewer’s exact intention. Essentially, we live by the mantra “haze for days”.
We think that visiting a taproom should be an experience. This experience combines our three favorite things: art, science, and delicious, fresh beer. We hope that each visit takes you to another planet… a very colorful, tasty one.
We love hops, we love design, we love space, and we would love for you to come by and have a beer with us.
Cheers and drink galactically.

Celestial Canimorphs: The Pawtricia Double Hazy IPA 8.5% Milky gold with thick bubbly white foam. Big tangy orange julep type juicy aroma. Medium to full bodied with a raspy carbonation. The taste matches the aroma but adds mango banana type tropical notes. I don’t know much about this brewery but this is a pretty solid hazy ipa.

Panda, thanks to Cloin. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Bloody hell! Who put half a ton of marshmallows in this dipa? Big pink Marshmallow rubs up, in a awkward first date gone-too-far sort of way, against a decent and fairly hop spicy lupulus delivery. Rich ripe orange and tangerine and a little citrus peel. Soft pine and touches of blood orange on the hop spicy semi dry finish. Off it's tits! But good fun. I think a 330 of this would be my limit. Aggressive hoppage and marshmallow! Me bonce is still processing...

Can at home, from Beerdome online, 23/12/23. Hazed orange with a just off white cap that retains well. Nose is sweet malts, orange creme, vanilla essence, grass, papaya, mandarin. Taste comprises orange peel, grass, vanilla bean, candied fruits, melon, mango nip, light pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness. Okay DIPA ... comes over milk shake - esque and runs overly sweet for my liking ... guess it is called 'candy' !

Tasting at Peters, Ystad, Sweden (25/11/2023) - punchy fruity hits of peach and clementine, lime and melon, big juicy fruity, medium body with dense creamy malty backbone, assertive hoppy finish. Gorgeous.

473ml can. Hazy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Fruity and citrusy, hoppy aroma, oaty and slightly wheaty malty background, notes of lemon, orange, gooseberry, white grapes, some physalis, melon, kiwi fruit. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty and oaty malty, fruity and citrusy hoppy, notes of orange, lemon, gooseberry, white grapes, some kiwi fruit, melon, physalis; very well hidden alcohol. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate, fine, soft, creamy carbonation. Well crafted, well balanced, homogeneous, harmonious, dangerously drinkable - superb!

Still miss celestial so much. Perfectly sized perfectly delicious stouts. Tonnage of chocolate and plenty of barrel and nuttiness to finish.
