While we enjoy brewing all styles of beer, we have to admit we have a borderline unhealthy obsession with hops. We love the dichotomy that hops present; from the intense aromatics of new age breeds to the nuances of noble hops. Celestial Beerworks vows to never serve a beer that does not adhere to the highest standards. You will never taste a beer that does not manifest the brewer’s exact intention. Essentially, we live by the mantra “haze for days”.
We think that visiting a taproom should be an experience. This experience combines our three favorite things: art, science, and delicious, fresh beer. We hope that each visit takes you to another planet… a very colorful, tasty one.
We love hops, we love design, we love space, and we would love for you to come by and have a beer with us.
Cheers and drink galactically.

Eight ounce pour at the source. Hazy, very uniform, still-looking pineapple juice. Peach & yogurt nose with a touch of dank. Sweet & twangy, sidra-like. Tropical punch, pineapple & peach, ties to get dry, hint of fuzzy herbal hops at the very end. Really refreshing, low abv, medium acid & big tartness. Really nice.

500ml bottle from the Celestial beer fridge. Pint glass @home. This is the base of Kashmir. Frothy, Guinness pour, sticky head. Medium gold with just a bit of dull haze. Yeasty, peachy, dried fruit, subtly soapy nose. Tart & legitimately peachy without any added fruit. False oak, bittersweet apple, lingering lemon lime twang, really light & fluffy. Could be more complex but it's a really pleasant quaff.

One of only two sessionable beers on tap @Celestial. Rounded 8oz glass. Clear, medium pale, nicely frothy. Mildly grassy, grainy, slight sock sweat funk(what?). Taste is flour & gentle sweet grain, a bit of salt, hidden pith, a wink of orange, with a gluey-starchy finish. Big acid sort of saves this. Just okay.

8oz pour @Celestial. Hazy, dull, yellow-orange, hearty bleached head. Juicy, soft, mellow sweet dried fruit nose; a little yogurt. Salty, a little lemony, light red onion, herby, juice, saline finish. Frothy, but low carb, abv is obvious. Whatever.

Hazy slurry, dull orange, stemless glassware @Celestial. Powdered sugar, rind, very green nose. Prickly, medium pith, a decent bit of yellow onion & a whole lot of pineapple juice. Medium sweet & obvious pina. Mellow earth on the tail. Refreshing.

A light yellow beer and murky beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has pineapple, grapefruit. Taste has fruitness, pineapple, grapefruit, why not also mango, strenght of alcohol is there. Medium+ bodied. Pretty nice, maybe with a lower alc. % this could be better.
