Description
At Celestial Beerworks, we believe that beer should be consumed in its freshest state. We have a heavy focus on the hop-forward, approachable, complex styles.

While we enjoy brewing all styles of beer, we have to admit we have a borderline unhealthy obsession with hops. We love the dichotomy that hops present; from the intense aromatics of new age breeds to the nuances of noble hops. Celestial Beerworks vows to never serve a beer that does not adhere to the highest standards. You will never taste a beer that does not manifest the brewer’s exact intention. Essentially, we live by the mantra “haze for days”.

We think that visiting a taproom should be an experience. This experience combines our three favorite things: art, science, and delicious, fresh beer. We hope that each visit takes you to another planet… a very colorful, tasty one.

We love hops, we love design, we love space, and we would love for you to come by and have a beer with us.

Cheers and drink galactically.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, very small and very short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Crisp cooling pine. Crisp citrus, a little melon and mellow lime. Light and semi dry finish. Good straight up dipa.

Can from Brew Export. Nice nose of peach, mango, tangerine, papaya. Taste is peach, mango, tangerine, papaya, pineapple. Quite a fruit punch. Exceedingly subtle alcohol burn, deceptively easy drinking. Rich bittersweet finish. Exceedingly tasty.

Panda thanks to Wingman. A mild haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Somewhat thin feeling malts, a light sweetness. Light pine. A little hop spice. Modest hop fruits, some orange in there but it's all a bit indistinct. Light finish. Quite drinkable but also quite forgettable.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly cream colour head. Light palate, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Hops bring crisp cooling pine, a little hop spice and a ... and a ... well, Strawberries and Cream! A little orangey - mandarin marmalade on the back end along with a stronger hop spice nibble. Nice. A bit left field but I could not care less. Tastes great!
