While we enjoy brewing all styles of beer, we have to admit we have a borderline unhealthy obsession with hops. We love the dichotomy that hops present; from the intense aromatics of new age breeds to the nuances of noble hops. Celestial Beerworks vows to never serve a beer that does not adhere to the highest standards. You will never taste a beer that does not manifest the brewer’s exact intention. Essentially, we live by the mantra “haze for days”.
We think that visiting a taproom should be an experience. This experience combines our three favorite things: art, science, and delicious, fresh beer. We hope that each visit takes you to another planet… a very colorful, tasty one.
We love hops, we love design, we love space, and we would love for you to come by and have a beer with us.
Cheers and drink galactically.

16oz can from Tavour. Cloudy ruby colored pour, fizzy pink head. Aroma is peanut butter, light fruity notes. Taste turns over to the jelly, sweet, fruity, tart. Aroma is most like a PB&J sandwich while the taste is almost all jelly.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of strawberry, biscuity malt, orange peel, wood. Pours murky orange, like fresh squeezed OJ, with an orange-ish white one finger+ head with great retention. Taste is lightly bittersweet with flavors like the aroma descriptors; finishes dry.

Can thanks to Brian. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is floral, citrus, wheat. Slick body, citrus, wheat, dough, light crisp finish, good.
Sour strawberries, sour mango, and strong passion fruit finish, nice medley.
Lots of peach and apricot juice all over the nose and front, crushed galaxy hops on the finish, for sure a sour dipa. Mild lactose 😬
