Really solid, crushable wild from Chicago.

8/1/2020 - Drank at AmLam share at Jimmy's place. Pours a clear gold with finger of white foam that lingers. Light on the funk, but nice notes of young pear, lemon and oak. Medium acidity on the finish. Not super complex but very refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a near clear amber with a brown hue with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice smoke with a light sour red fruit underlying. Flavor has a surprisingly great combination of tart fruits and a deep smoke.

This has a red color, medium carbo action. Lightly tart with vinegar and smoke in the 8sroma and flavor
