Trestle Brewing Company
Microbrewery in Parry Sound, Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦
Bold pink pour, delivered to the table with just the barest ring of bubbles. Taste solid raspberry, thinner malt supporting, mild sour that works well with the raspberry. Generally good, but feeling a little thin. Pint at the brewery.

A red copper ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, treacle, light metallic notes, OK. In mouth, caramel malt with light grassy hops, roasted character, light mineral notes, pleasant. Can from brewery.

Bottle from the brewery. Prominent lemon with acidity, mild funk, vague tequila. The finish has lemons and lime rolling along pretty hard, with acidity. Decently refreshing, not the most complex but I appreciate the attempt.
Always one behind Robinv. Lol. Nose is light, or apricot and a little funky socks. Taste is a little thinner than I would have hoped but quite good. Light stone fruit, a little funk, light hay malt, vanilla and oak. Decent, but light. Bottle from the brewery, drinking at the cottage.

Tastes of chocolate, deeply toasted malts, mildly ashy, which isn't the most pleasant and a touch of stale crackers. It's fairly sweet, touch of booze, slight acidity on the finish. Not steller.

Lots of biscuit, slightly toasted fairly dry. Mild, mild bitterness and bread on the finish.
Toasted biscuit, which is mildly sweet. A bit of booze, notable mineral tang. A little thin on the palate. Lingering mild bitterness. Decent.
Think this one is is pretty clearly also named, No Signal - Dry Hopped Mango Kettle Sour. The description from Trestle is the same. I rated that one last year, this can runs the same. Murky pour resulting in what looks like a glass of OJ. Taste is heavy on the pine, with mango notes and a bite of hop burn. Not unlike green mango itself. All over fairly neutral, mildly sweet malt. Decent overall, if not a little rough.

Can from the brewery. Light golden with a bare bit of haze, malty sweet nose with a little corn syrup. Very light sunny hay malt, with mild sweetness, and a lingering light bitterness. Definitely a can crusher. It simple and drinkable and doesn't make you think about it for a second.

Should I feel bad brutoglossianing this beer? Should I untappd check in it? (78 unique check-ins for this beer. And I'm the first here. Sigh.) How about I just leave it in the can? So looks brown in the can-hole. Smells of lovely toasted, caramelized malts, definitely sweet. Taste is love carmel malt, good density, sweet with a touch of bitterness. Real full mouthfeel. An excellent beer. Forgive the use of the word mouthfeel.
