Can. Near opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Airy palate, a little dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Fairly light bodied dark malts. A bit of ice cream van chocolate syrup. Cocoa. Bare trace of fudge. Airy finish. Not bad, a bit obvious perhaps. Shame Phantom won't get a chance to refine these recipes.

Can. A light haze on this pink beer, small bubbly very pale pink head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Nice balance of raspberry and lemon, complementing each other with a refreshing light tartness and no acid. Crisp and semi dry finish. Bright and breezy.

Can from Longacres Garden Centre, Sunningdale. Hazy pale gold. Massive thick foamy white head. Aroma had initial bitter stone fruit and spice, followed by sweet sugary fruit and porridge. Flavourwise it's more low key. Sweet sugary fruit with a sour edge. Peripheral bitterness is more noticeable into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick to creamy. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice.
