Bottle at RBBWG 2016 in Antwerpen, bottled in October 2013. Hazy, brownish amber with a tan head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, vanilla and brown sugar. Sweetish-malty taste of caramel, vanilla and brown sugar, followed by a medium long, slightly bitter, warming and moderately alcoholic finish. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel. Nice!

Thank you for sharing erickok! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBWG V. Bottle 102/264. Pours a deep murky brown with an off-white head. Nose is murky malts, lots of sweet raw dough, maple, honey, sugar, mess, exotic sugar sweet, dark honey, dates. Taste is messy raw dough, lots of it & very sweet with maple, sugar, candy, dates, lightly warming honey, sugar, dough. Low carb. Raw messy doughy body. Interesting, messy but enjoyable, lacks coherence but fun if you like sweet cake-like beers.

Clear brown beer, creamy irregular beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: alcohol, more alcohol, yeast, banana, sourish touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, hoppy touch, yeast, alcohol, pretty oxidized. Aftertaste: slightly hoppy, sweet, caramel, malty, raisins, yeast, alcohol. Decent, but why so much alcohol??

Enjoyed on tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas in the company of my wife and also with my friend sebletitje, cheers Sebastian! Pours up with a crystal clear pure gold body that supports a nice fluffy white head. The aroma offers up crisp smelling spicy Noble hop goodness with a smattering pear and apricot fruity esters. The taste is just as crisp and dry and fresh and snappy with a blend of bitter Noble hops, modest yeasty tartness and fruity esters. Solid. Saison like yeasty spices mingle with pleasingly fresh citrus hoppiness right into the finish. How do American brewers get Saisons so horribly wrong? This is oh so right. I can literally just sit here and just drink this all day long.

Draft @ ML Fontainas. Solide et Get Radical continue à impressioner.

250 ml. draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Clear golden, solid creamy white head. Nose is very clear, bone-dry floral hops, light lime peel. Taste is clear, hugely dry, bone-dry floral, pepper, light citrus, faintest hops, barely fruity. Hugely dry body. Amazingly clean & drinkable. Reminds me almost a bit of Taras Boulba. Amazing beer. The best beer I have had from France so far.

Capped 750 from Cave a Bulles. Helpful staff indicated they helped with the brewing. Pours translucent gold with a slight, bubbly white head. The aroma is an amazingly firm mix of fruits and hops. Med minus body. Flavor is light on malt, which needs to be stronger to fully support all the hops. I think the guava and zest are detectable, and the hop is really complex. Sort of like drinking bitter fruit - not exactly grapefruit, but in that direction. Quite different, and a joy to quaff.
