0.33 l can, canned in March 2021. Hazy, pale golden yellow with a medium large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, rather fruity aroma of lemonade and light grains. Fairly sweet, a little sourish, quite fruity taste of lemonade, some lemon juice and light grains, followed by a short, slightly tart finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid NA Radler, really not bad for what it is.

A 33 cl bottle spotted at the under-the-radar local craft beer shop recently. I open the swivel hinge, rubber sealed top, first time I have seen one in many years. I pour into my oldest snifter and see a clear, dark gold body with a respectable top of almost white, very fine bubbles. An interesting smell, honey, grain and a bit of toffee. A drink, well, not quite up to what the nose promised but all right. Malt, a small hoppiness, paper, grain and a hint of sweetness. A subdued presence in all ways but not a bad drink.

Green flip-top bottle from BierpostAMT in Schwerin. Drank from the bottle on the side of the 'Pfaffenteich' in the afternoon sunshine on 15th October 2021. It's a dry semi-hoppy lager, clean and clear (I think), difficult to tell when necking it direct from the bottle!

Bottle from Beersniffers. Pours a clear caramel brown colour with a large thick creamy off-white head. Aromas of caramel, nuts, brown bread and a little brown sugar. Taste is quite roasty with more caramel, nuts and brown bread with a hint of chocolate and a roasty finish. Medium to full body, average carbonation and fairly smooth mouthfeel. A bit different and more roasty than most Dunkels. Good.

330ml bottle from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear copper colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is sweet barley, light woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, buttery, light floral, aromatic hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. One of the cheapest imported beers you will find here in Malaysia and it’s actually pretty good!
