Zmajska pivovara rodila se iz strasti prema vrhunskom pivu i iz dugogodišnjega iskustva u kućnom pivarstvu. Željeli smo napraviti razliku s inovativnim i drugačijim pivima kakva donedavno nisu bila dostupna u lokalnoj ponudi. Svako naše pivo, bez obzira na stil kojemu pripada, iskreno je, prepoznatljivo i beskompromisno u kvaliteti.

Kao prva nezavisna pivovara u Hrvatskoj i jedni od začetnika naše craft scene, smatramo da naša odgovornost ne staje na proizvodnji i isporuci piva.
Želimo svim pivoljupcima objasniti magiju nastajanja piva, važnost kvalitete sastojaka i približiti bezbrojne kombinacije okusa i aroma. Nadamo se da naša Zmajska posla i uspijevaju u tome, a svaki HomeBrew Lab koji organiziramo ponudi nam paletu jako dobrih uradaka. Craft je za nas prijateljstvo i način života. I još puno toga... za što teško nalazimo riječi. Ali pokušavamo to preciznije izraziti našim festivalom craft piva i muzike Zmajevo.

Bottle, 5.3%. Slightly hazy amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, hop, little herbal and grass. Flavour is malt, caramel, hop, herbal, grass, little dry, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 050816

Bottled@PBF XI. Deep brownish copper colour, small brown head. Aroma is floral, herbal, earthy and some slight toffeeish notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, ashy and some slight chocolate with mild rye notes to it.

Bottled@PBF XI. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, floral and herbal with some slight toffee notes. Flavour is herbal, fruity, grassy and some slight wood. Nice nectar in the aftertaste.

Yellow colored, hazy, medium- white head, moderately lasting. Aroma is of wheat, bit sulphury at start, grain, medium tropical fruity, lighter citrus and floral hops. Taste is medium sweet malt and wheat, some grains, moderate fruity and floral, less citrusy, fresh hoppiness, medium- bitterness, dryish, bit bready in the finish. Medium to light bodied, average carbonation. A nice and refreshing, hoppy summer brew. (on tap, Tolkien’s House, Zagreb)

Bottled 330ml (AbM)
Dark ruby-brown color, small steady beige head, some lace. Chocolate-cocoa aroma has some veggie and earthy notes. LIght-bodied. Chocolate, a bit ashy, earthy hoppyness in the finish. Active carbonation. Sweetish, not hoppy or roasted enough. Looks quite overrated here.

330ml bottle from Ales by Mail. Pours a dark ruby brown colour with a beige foam head leaving lacing. Aroma of chocolate malt, meaty, coffee. Taste is roasted malty, molasses sweetish, dark fruity, chocolate & coffee, with some smokey earthy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry roast bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
