Description

Želimo svim pivoljupcima objasniti magiju nastajanja piva, važnost kvalitete sastojaka i približiti bezbrojne kombinacije okusa i aroma.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, amber colour with a blonde and short foamy layer. Fresh hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, grapefruit, as well as mildly resiny accents, baked by notes of caramel bread and black tea. Moderately bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Dry and delicately cara-malty base with notes of black tea and present fruity and resiny hops; dry and moderately bitter finish with notes of grapefruit and a slightly exotic touch. Rock-solid APA. 30.IX.16

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear golden pour with one finger white head, quickly diminishing. Absolutely beautiful smell - hops, hops and more hops. Yeah! Slight elderflower presence. This is going to be good. Medium body, slightly higher carbonation. Light palate, smooth mouthfeel. Refreshing taste, just the right amount of bitterness. Perfect balance. Aroma is rich with hops, intense and delicious. Earthy hops, citrus fruit. Pineapple, elderflower. Spicy, peppery, herbal. ABV hidden well in the taste, but it does hit to the head. Long lasting finish, bitter and slightly dry. Overall, excellent brew. Quality just shines in every aspect. Beautifully balanced, incredibly tasty... Excellent beer.

Sampled at the RBBWG 2017. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours clear blonde, small white head. Smell is full, rather hoppy, wheat. Taste is rather bitter, some wheat. OK, but the taste is really simple, and the name of course gives most away.

Head gone in seconds, ultra pale yellow-golden beer. Curry, kari leaves, pale malts. Sweet, faint hoppy bitterness, then again the exotic spices. Faintly dry, going towards watery feel. Not much going on. It’s just OK, but not one to try again.

Thank you markoijelena! 330 ml. can sampled @ RBBWG VI (2017). Pale golden, creamy white head. Nose is dull fizzy wheat, mineral, zest, oily, old lemon. Taste is bit bland, oily, sugar, lemon, candy, bread, wheat,..; Body is oily, basic, lively carbonation. Rather meh & not very hoppy. Liked their Pale Ale & Porter more for sure.
