Description

Želimo svim pivoljupcima objasniti magiju nastajanja piva, važnost kvalitete sastojaka i približiti bezbrojne kombinacije okusa i aroma.

Bottle, 0.66l, shared with Patrick. Hazy pale golden color with medium soapy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of citrus, wheat, herbs and yeast. Taste starts light to medium sweet grainy, follows grassy, citric and peppery, while finish is medium bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Good one...

Forgettable.

Bottle, 0.66l - FUCK YEAH! Size does matter. Hazy yellow body with virtually no head at all, very thin white layer on top. Very nice smell, hops and coriander, slightly grassy. Medium body, relatively high on carbonation. Slightly oily texture, nice and smooth. Taste is pleasantly bitter, subtle and moderate, slight sour notes towards the finish. Nice aroma. Strikes me as a combination of witbier and APA, so there’s that refreshing herbal touch of witbier, dominated by coriander and yeast. Then into play comes the APA side with its hops and caramel. Slightly peppery. Regular finish. Overall, nicely balanced beer. Perhaps lacking in complexity, but refreshing and tasty nonetheless. I see myself enjoying this after hot summer day. Nice one.
