Description

Želimo svim pivoljupcima objasniti magiju nastajanja piva, važnost kvalitete sastojaka i približiti bezbrojne kombinacije okusa i aroma.

On tap at Tolkien’s House Zagreb. Unclear lemony yellow coloured, medium sized airy white head, mild citrusy hoppy nose. Decent citrusy hoppy, slightly herbal and touch of wheat with pleasant bitterness in the finish and aftertaste. Smooth and deadly drinkable beer. Again great release from Zmajska.

On tap at Tolkien’s. Zmajska’s project for months now that I’ve had the honor of tasting various test iterations of and in the end surprised even me. Poured a misty, milky yellow body with a thick white head. Aroma... the first time, both in taste and in the aroma, I only got some lovely lime-like citrus, but later on soft papaya/mango showed up too. Ah, the wonders of Mosaic. Other than that, light grainy touch. Taste... again, at first a bomb of sweetened lime, later on papaya/mango, smooth, soft, gentle, creamy, with a herbal bitterness that built up. Extremely, dangerously drinkable and sublime, great hoppy fruitiness on a pretty much flawless wheat body, apart from a teeny tiny imbalance in terms of bitterness, a matter of maybe 2-3 IBUs and personal taste perhaps, without anything to think of complaining about. Superb light summer beer!
