Description

Želimo svim pivoljupcima objasniti magiju nastajanja piva, važnost kvalitete sastojaka i približiti bezbrojne kombinacije okusa i aroma.

Nije lako dođi do jednog takvog proizvoda. Prekrasno...

Level 42 Bottleshare. Thanks to Dan. Clear deep brown - amber beer, good bubbly pale tan head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Dry dark malts, a light but bitterish dark chocolate. Trace of malt cream and earthy roast. Thin dry finish. Tidy.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Daniel. Pours clear brown with a creamy, tan head. Nice dark malt aroma, some roast, smoke, dark fruits. Light sweet flavor with some ashy roast, bittersweet cocoa, smokey wood, scorched earth. Medium bodied with fine carbonation and creamy texture. Easygoing on the finish, with more ash, cocoa, dried and leathery berries, earthy bitterness. Solid stuff.

Bottle thanks to Danny. It pours black with a thick tan head. The aroma is chocolate cake, toffee, earth, wood, rich roast and light smoke. The taste is bitter, rich roasted maltage, cocoa, chocolate cake, earth and toast with a dry, roasty finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not a huge amount of depth, but drinks mighty easy.

Light amber color. The hops are very subdued in the nose, but much more pronounced in the mouth with a prickliness that envelopes the tongue. Apricots and oranges bounce around. Not aggressively bitter, but pleasant enough and enjoyable PA.

Medium dark brown color. Huge noble hops, big chocolate malts, Molasses and kinda reminds me of a dark lager. Nice chocolate malt, slightly sour, molasses and some dark fruit notes. Dry. Big lingering chocolate malt and dark fruit in finish.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear golden color with large frothy off-white head, nice lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of grapefruit, passion fruit, ripe fruits and sauerkraut, unfortunatelly. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel and some corn, follows by refreshing grapefruit and grass, some vegetables also present, mouthfeel is mild spicy, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Need to try it again and draft, too, because bottled version doesn’t persuade me...
