Description
Resilience is the American ale project of the brewers at Schilling Beer Co. We craft exquisite, principally hoppy ales, with the same level of artisanship and care that is evident across the breadth of Schilling Beer Co. liquids. Resilience beers are so named because they embody the struggles and triumphs of our journey. Drink Resilience with those you love—preferably in the mountains—and hopefully in a place as special as Littleton, NH.
Resilience beers are available on-site at the brewery (both at the brewpub and the main brewery’s tasting room), as well as in 16 oz. cans and limited kegs via our distributors (primarily in New Hampshire).
Admin Note: This is the American-style beer brand of Schilling. Same brewery, brewers, ownership, etc...

Tulip is a pulpy orange with some frothy white head. Nose has pineapple and melon and passion fruit and guava. Flavor has all the fruits, some vanilla, some chewy oats. Pillowy finish. Crazy character for 6.5%. 8 4 8 5 15

16 oz. can. Aroma is soft pineapple and coconut like hints. The Sabro does show mild coconut. Yet the other hop variety show more tropical fruit like hints that over power it. Mild juice. I like it, not in love with it.

16oz can pours a pulpy yellow with plenty of sticky, white head. Nose is big with melon, clear and direct musky melons, tropicals pineapple, some lime. Flavor has herbs and citrus peel, then melon and pineapple. I like the sweetness is dialed back. Creamy, full bodied. Solid.

16oz can pours a murky yellow with a thick cap of white head. Nose billowed out of the glass with fresh cut grass. Upon closer examination you get big fresh orange, sweet herbs, flowers, melon. Flavor leads with the melon and orange, some tropicals now, grapefruit soda, herbs again. Pillowy finish but goes down easy. Well balanced.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear orange gold with a finger of off-white foam that lingers. Citrus pith, zest and earthy pine on the nose. More of the same on the palate. Drying finish with earthy caramel, pine and orange. Got some Sierra Nevada Pale vibes from this one. Delicious.
