12 oz bottle from Candia Rd Slightly hazy deep golden color with a good sized long lasting frothy white head. Citrus pine and bread with bits of toffee and butterscotch bitterness. I was expecting more from this beer. Lingering bitter resinous aspirin alcohol and butter.

12 oz bottle from Wegmans Ithaca. Clear yellow pour, thin white head. Lemon, bread, and a little grass. But I’d cleaning product. Mild sweet, light bitter. Light and easy drinking. Okay.

16 oz. dated 25 April, 17. Purchased at Greg and Jane’s Beer and Wine. Color a Crystal clear orange type appearance, thing spotty head in the glass. Aroma is weak danky pine, subtle tropical fruit, maybe caramel malts.
Flavor is pretty nice. The light pine/ dankness plays real nicely with the fruits. The malty backbone doesn’t become sticky sweet. Decent mouthfeel, not sticky or overly malty. The overall drinkable character is pretty nice, balance is nice.

Poured into a pilsener glass, the appearance was a yellow transparent color with a finger’s worth of head that quickly settled to a film over top of the beer. Not much lace. Some carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace.
The aroma had some biscuits/breadiness up front over top of some grassy hops. Light hop spice.
The flavor was moderately sweet with a brisk touch of grassy hops. Slight bready sort of aftertaste, but even that is a stretch as there really wasn’t much of any aftertaste, honestly. Finish had some prickly carbonation hitting, odd, but alright, I guess.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation seemed to prickle a little bit just like in the finish, but it didn’t indicate anything bad about the beer.
Overall, for the most part, everything seemed pretty good about this pilsener, though I couldn’t really tell if it was a German or a Czech one. Perhaps a confusing one and still, I’d give this another shot.

12 oz bottle poured. Golden hazy pour with a rocky foam head. Herbal heavy aroma with some grassy hops. Flavor is unique. Fruity hops, a bit tropical, but has a banana like quality to it. Sweet malt underneath a grassy hop late. Banana reminder in the late palate. A bit of a weird IPA for me, but not bad overall.

On tap at JoJo’s Tavern in Mercerville, NJ. Hazy tawny gold pour has a brief small white head. Citrus hop nose is big on lemon, mango and apricot. Intense bittersweet malt flavor is quickly dominated by the abundant hop bill. Floral at first, then just downright bold citrus and danky. Boozy notes come through in middle reminding you that this should be sipped, not quaffed. Earthy, dry hoppy finish. A decent 2IPA.

Pours a rich black with a chocolate milkshake head, rich roasty and chocolate aroma is also present on the palate, with a slight hint of some smokiness as the beer warms. Very well balanced, great beer.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a semi-hazy orange color with a finger’s worth of white to off white foamy head. Slowly falls off.
The aroma had some orange pulp with some floral tones. Super light pine underneath.
The flavor was semi-sweet with some of the sharp bitter edges of the pine coming a bit further than expected to subjugate the floral tones. Orange pulpiness somewhat slides in. Slow moving orange to pine to floral aftertaste with the same sort of finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. ABV didn’t seem as projected by the brewer.
Overall, not so sure about this one. There’s so many DIPA’s on the market these days, I just look at this and think, \"really? why again?\"
