Draft - listed as a 6.8% sour ale, but with the same name, so I am entering my rating here - turbid straw - nose is a mix of peach, white grape, light acetic acid, light oak, moderate funkiness - medium body - texture/body is a little thin/flabby - medium dry flavors of white wine, oak, melon rind, a mild acetic presence, moderate sourness, background cheesy funk - finish is a little thin - overall, though, another decent attempt at a wild or sour beer from this brewery.

Hazy red beer – seems almost still – nose has a nicely subdued mix of acetic character, lactic acid, and a mild leathery funkiness – underneath is sweet cherry, and lightly bitter skins and pits – moderate tannic character – actually smells quite nice – low carbonation – medium dry, moderately oaky, with a moderate acetic punch (especially near the finish), slight lactic tartness – finish of very mellow funk, cherry skins, and red wine-ish tannins – good balance, not over the top sour, but still puckering enough for the sourheads – long-linering, tongue tingling acids - finish is a little watery and thin, but otherwise a surprising offering from this brewery.

Can thanks to a trade! Pouurs black with a dark brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a lots of dark grains and roasted malts with a hint of umami backing. Flavor has strong roasted malts up front with a note of umami with a strong dark grain backing and a hint of bitterness.
