Bottle 500ml. [ As Black Wolf Tundra ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, floral - earthy notes, light elderflowers. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, dusty wheat, elderflowers, light floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150620]

Bottle 500ml. [ As Black Wolf Big Red ].Clear medium amber yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, toffee, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, toffee, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150620]

On cask at the White Lady. Appearance - deep amber with a nice head. Nose - toffee and light chocolate. Light biscuit too. Taste - caramel shortbread. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - fairly rich and fairly refreshing. Good.

Cask at Abbot Cook, Reading. Yellow-amber with a thin white head. Lot of caramel up front with some wee and lots of green leaves, possibly old lettuce. Lasting unpleasant mineral bitterness. There’s some lemon in there too, admittedly, but it’s lonely and feels rather threatened by the other nasty flavours crowding in around it. This is not a nice beer.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are citrus, hops, malt, fruits and has a pleasant fruity finish.

Bottled@fonefan. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, herbal, grassy, some strange notes. Flavour is harsh salty floral and grainy notes.
