Clean, light golden colour with a bubbly white cap, decent stay and some foamy lacing spots left. Mild, fresh herbal notes in the aromas, over the cereal-sweet malt base. The mouthfeel is crisp with a building dryness in the end. The hops really do take over in the taste with grassiness, and lots of bitterness for a lager. Gets a tad unfiltered near the last pour. Quite a nice crisp, refreshing lager that quite hopped.

A hazed golden amber ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light pine needles, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, piney notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A blonde lager shandy with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of of lemon, citrus, light malt, pleasant. In mouth, a nice mix of lemon pulp, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, biscuit malt with grassy hops, light cereal, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light citrusy notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Arômes citriques et tropicaux relevant des notes de pamplemousse, de citron une touche d’alcool et une impression de bonbon sucré. Liquide jaune orangé flou et opaque, se couvrant d’une mousse d’épaisseur et de ténacité moyenne. Entrée de bouche intensément fruitée et sucrée avec des notes d’orange et de pamplemousse bien évidentes. On y trouve également de la pêche, une panoplie d’accents tropicaux et un fond très discret de vin blanc. La base maltée apporte un aspect de pain sucré à l’ensemble. Une NEIPA extrêmement sucrée, intensément fruitée et bien au-delà de mes espérances. Pour un gars qui ne voulait plus rien savoir de ce style, je pense que je vais m’y réconcilier. Céréales grillées, noisettes, houblons épicés et herbacés s’entremêlent dans un olfactif aux notes plus foncées que sa couleur ne laisse paraître. D’un doré profond, presqu’ambré, le liquide est limpide avec une mousse de taille moyenne qui descend assez rapidement. En bouche, un fond malté doucement caramélisé, laisse s’épanouir des accents boulangers et céréaliers, d’où s’échappent de très subtiles notes de noisettes, pour se décliner en une amertume moyennement douce, épicée poivrée et herbacée. Hazy, golden-orange colour with a frothy off-white head, decent stay and some soapy lacing. Aromas of lemon zest with some stone-tropical fruits, and a tad melon, orange juice base. Peaches continue in the taste, but not too sweet, as the citrus-hops cut this. The citrus zest, zingy notes finishes off things quite well. A juicy mouthfeel, and not overly dry in the end. Quite a nice, refreshing NEIPA with lots of fruitiness blending nicely with the typical citrus of this style.

Clean, rich golden colour with lively carbonation, a frothy-creamy, warm-white head, good retention and thick foamy lacing left. Malty aromas with some light sweetness (caramel malts) with a touch of grassiness, spiciness, pears and alcohol. The Belgian aspect comes out a little more in the taste with the mild sugars, spices and yeast. The body is not too thick, and has a cutting dryness in the finish. Not overly hopped - which is nice. A tad alcohol-bitterness is left on the tongue. An interesting warming Tripel with some decent, blended hoppiness.
