Bottle. What a wonderful beer. The best one from Duck-Rabbit. Deep almost black in color with a pleasant roasted nature.

Bottle. Very dark brown with a very small head. Aroma is burnt grains, metallic, and a little boozy. Taste is burnt grain bitter. Not the best I've ever had.

huge black pour, big billowy mocha head. Aroma is big on chocolate, coffee sweet roasted malt, alcohol, and some licorice. Flavour is big on the chocolate also, with a tinge of alcohol, the finish is bitter and chocolatey, wth some great licorice notes that linger in the end. very very nice, but i would consider this more of an impy stout than a porter, but holy hell this is delicious.

Typical american impy stout pour......black.........black hole black, 10 year old engine oil black. Aroma is HUGE. It’s loaded with roasted malt, smoke, chocolate, vanilla, and alcohol. Mouthfeel is a little odd........i’m getting this kinda sour feeling, not flavour, but a feeling in my mouth. Its super thick, almost chewy. Flavour is VERY strong. again, loads of roasted malt, and chocolate, and vanilla. Nice bitter finish, with a lovely coffee aftertaste. The alcohol is present, but its welcome. Interesting stout, a tad bit unbalanced, but still very good.

definetly soem sweetness in the nose, but its throwing me off. flavour is awful, i cant drink this. i’m not sure why........it’s sour, and has a certain flavour that is really detracting from any redemable qualities.

Aroma of mostly malts and caramel. Flavour is similar, malty caramel sweetness. This is an easy to drink malty brew which I enjoyed.

Bottle 12oz: Clear amber coloured brew with some hints of aramel, honey and raisins. Quite good North Carolinan version of an Munich Märzen.
