750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings subtle raspberries, light oak, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is moderately acidic, with gentle tart raspberries, juicy peaches, and a touch of oak. Not too bad acidity but there's not too much depth. Decent.

750mL bottle, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is off, with vegetal notes, spicy peppers, and earthy coffee. Flavour is weird, with lots of green pepper, spicy pepper, off coffee, and oak. Ugh, this didn't work. Too vegetal.

750ml @ Black Christmas 2023 at Heritage Hall. Appearance: hazy copper with a beige head. Aroma: some oak, tannins and rustic notes. Taste: along the same lines with earthiness from coffee beans. Overall: meh.

Bottle at Ryan's
Hazy blond colour. Sour aroma, bugs, some sulfur, meat; then, sour grapes. Sharp acidity, there's some bugs, but not enough to add the desired complexity; lemony finish.
Aggressive but not exceptional..

Poured from 500mL bottle. Hazy gold with minimal white head. Mild saison yeast and very feint spelt with some nice wild farmhouse funk. Quite enjoyable. Happy with how this turned out.

Hazy, pale amber. Has a nice brett aroma, with a hint of stone fruit. Again good brett on the palate, light pale malt. Refreshing, nice age to this, good wild development.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dull orange, no head. Aroma is fairly acidic, with tart stone fruits, light oak, and a hint of bugs. Flavour is very acidic, with very sour stone fruits, some grapefruit pith, acidity, and some oak. Nice fruit character that's held up. At least it's not too acidic. Good.

500ml @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy straw with a white head. Aroma: green apples, cardboard, some strange fruitiness. Taste: same shit, VERY ACIDIC. Overall: ACID SUPER BOMB, no.
