Aroma has grassy hops, some grainy malt and distant buttery notes. Flavour is rather hoppy with grass, some grainy malt and hints of butter. Nicely hopped and solid pilsener.

Bottle. Light golden colour, and impeccably pure, white foam. Slightly herbal aroma, strong, bitter, hop taste, lingering pleasantly on the palate. Decent stuff.

The best German pilsener Iβve had, hands down. The perfect amount of hops adds a snap to the taste, and its full of malt/grain flavor. This beer rocks. Like others here, I think this beer is vastly underrated...

0,33 l. bottle poured in to a flute. Clear, golden colour with a lighter hue. Small, dense white head. Grassy aroma with sweet malts, some flower notes, light skunky and hops. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture, lively carbonated. Good, bitter finish with lots of grassy hops and only a light sweetness from malts. This is a very good German pilsner, IΒ΄d wish I had it earlier!

7/VIII/2012 - 33cl bottle @ Walter's place - BB: XII/12 - (2012-852) Thanks to Walter for sharing the beer!
Clear pale yellow beer, big aery frothy irregular head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: some grains, herbal, little grassy, bit dusty. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty malty start, some grains, nice bitterness, bit grassy. Aftertaste: bitter, almost medicinal, some grains. Not the worst pilsener in Germany! Not the best beer in the world, either. Sorry Walter! ;-)

(bottle) clear pale yellow colour with a small white head; gentle aromas of noble hops, bold predominantly bitter flavour with long medium bitter finish; quite good - step above an average German pilsener
